# Team

There are 3 of us in the team, the developer, a marketing manager, and a community manager.

[**The developer is kyc with Audit Rate Tech**](https://docs.clock360.finance/security) (the contract is also audited).

There will be no $CLOCK tokens for the team, apart from the $1000CLOCK that we keep for Giveaways in the [**Treasury wallet**](https://docs.clock360.finance/clock360-treasury) but which will be distributed or burned before the Presale.

For the remuneration of the team, we use part of the yield of the Multichain Farming, 50% is used to make a monthly Buyback and the rest for the team.

We did not want to use the project funds as most do 'quietly' in the Treasury.
